Dr. Julia Harris has worked extensively with military members and Veterans. She is well-versed in mental health problems as it relates to military service. She completed her graduate training at the former National Center for Veterans Study at the University of Utah under the mentorship of Dr. Craig Bryan. She completed the majority of her clinical training and doctoral internship at the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Hospital, and worked as a Psychologist on the general outpatient mental health team for one year prior to beginning her private practice.
